**Home Health PT opportunity with Providence at Home with Compassus in Portland, OR.** This position offers a **5x8 day schedule from 7 a.m.–3 p.m. with 40 hours guaranteed each week**, plus the autonomy and 1:1 patient care of Home Health. The position focuses on in-home evaluations, individualized plans of care, gait and balance, transfers, strengthening, functional mobility, home safety, fall prevention and patient/caregiver education.
