Overview
Are you passionate about helping others discover exciting travel opportunities while building strong client relationships? We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Growth Consultant.
In this role, you'll assist clients with planning personalized vacations, identifying travel options that match their interests, and coordinating reservations from start to finish. You'll help create exceptional travel experiences while contributing to the continued growth of our client community through outstanding service and knowledgeable recommendations.
Whether clients are planning an all-inclusive getaway, cruise, family vacation, luxury escape, honeymoon, or international adventure, you'll be there to guide them through every step of the planning process.
No prior experience in the travel industry is required. We provide all the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals and travel preferences
- Explore destination options, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, and travel packages
- Match travelers with vacation experiences that align with their interests and budget
- Arrange accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel components
- Explain available travel options, supplier promotions, and reservation details
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, online messaging, and virtual appointments
- Coordinate bookings with travel partners and verify reservation information
- Review travel confirmations and itineraries for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized client files and booking records
- Keep current with industry updates, supplier offerings, and destination information
- Deliver exceptional service throughout every stage of the client experience
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, sales, or consulting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
- Positive, dependable, and motivated to grow professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
