Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, GI Lab – Petaluma, CA 94954
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Petaluma, California
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30), no weekends required. Call coverage required: 3 call shifts per 2-week period. Assignment duration is 13 weeks (91 days).

- Work in a GI Lab setting with pre-op and Phase II PACU responsibilities

- Float opportunities to sister facilities with at least 24 hours advance notice
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- Epic charting system utilized for documentation
Requirements:
- Active California Registered Nurse license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CGRN
- Epic charting system experience required
- Proficiency in GI procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, bronchoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound
- Experience administering and monitoring conscious sedation, including Propofol and Versed
- Skills in airway management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV placement and maintenance, and specimen handling
- Willingness to float to pre-op, Phase II PACU, and sister facilities as needed
- Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
- Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days; must be requested upfront during submission
