Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring 2 years of experience and strong IV skills.

Details

  • Endoscopy/GI Lab setting handling approximately 25 procedures per day (75% outpatient, 25% inpatient)
  • Shift schedule of 0700-1730 with varying days, working 4x10hr shifts weekly
  • Weekend and holiday coverage provided through on-call rotation
  • On-call requirements include 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, plus 2 hours self-scheduled Monday-Friday
  • No floating required
  • Uses EPIC and EndoWorks EMR systems

Requirements

  • Active RN license (VA or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS
  • Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy nursing experience required
  • Strong IV skills required

  • One week of floor orientation provided
