TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Spring Grove, Minnesota.
UNIT: LTC/DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Minimum experience: 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience, with a minimum of two years in a LTC nursing facility (desired). Required to help out on the floor, as needed.
Certifications: AHA BLS, MN RN license
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
EMR: Matrix preferred
Unit Overview: 38 bed that provides short-term and long-term care
Current Patient Ratio: Days 1:20 PM/Nights 1:38
Primary Case/Procedure Type: LTC
Scrub Color Required: casual dress
On Call/Call back: Yes rotates call with other lead nurses
Response Time: Discuss with manager
Weekend Rotation Requirements: As needed
Holiday Rotation Requirements: As needed
