Job Description:

Progressive Care RN responsible for providing primary nursing care, telemetry monitoring, telemetry strip reading, and fingerstick blood sugar management. The nurse will work in a 15-bed unit with 3 step-down ICU beds and 12 telemetry beds.

Responsibilities:

• Primary nursing care
• Telemetry monitoring
• Telemetry strip reading
• Fingerstick blood sugar management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year
• Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred
• ACLS preferred, current PALS preferred, NIHSS certification preferred
