    About the Role

    We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others plan enjoyable and well-organized vacations. As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will work with clients to explore vacation possibilities, coordinate selected arrangements, and provide support throughout the planning process.

    Training, supplier education, and ongoing resources are provided to help you learn the role.

    What You'll Do

    • Connect with clients to understand their vacation interests, preferred dates, priorities, and budget
    • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
    • Identify and present options that match individual client requests
    • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel services using approved platforms
    • Provide confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and important trip information
    • Assist with reservation changes, special requests, and routine booking questions
    • Review travel arrangements for accuracy and follow up on outstanding details
    • Maintain organized client information and reservation records
    • Stay informed through supplier education and destination training
