Travel Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Travel Experience Coordinator to support clients as they research and organize leisure vacations. This role combines customer communication, travel research, organization, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, learning about new destinations, and keeping detailed information organized.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with researching vacation experiences.
• Collect client preferences, dates, and travel requirements.
• Research cruises, resorts, hotels, and destinations.
• Help organize itineraries and reservation information.
• Communicate travel updates to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding requests.
• Keep client information accurate and organized.
• Complete training and stay current with travel offerings.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Comfortable with online research and computer systems.
