Travel Experience Coordinator – Remote
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals interested in developing a career in the travel industry. This remote opportunity focuses on helping clients research, plan, and coordinate memorable vacation experiences.
Travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn destinations, travel suppliers, booking resources, and the client planning process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and vacation goals
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Assist with planning and coordinating customized vacation experiences
- Learn and use travel supplier and booking platforms
- Develop knowledge of destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings
- Maintain accurate client and reservation information
- Communicate with clients throughout the travel planning process
- Complete travel industry and supplier training
- Assist clients with questions related to their travel plans
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Stay organized and follow through on travel details and deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to research and compare multiple travel options
- Comfortable using computers and learning online systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
- Willingness to complete training and continue developing industry knowledge
- Genuine interest in travel, destinations, and creating memorable experiences for others
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, planning, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
