Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Snellville, Georgia.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Patient population: Infants to geriatrics
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- General ER nursing skills required
- Work setting: Emergency Room with 46 rooms; average daily census of 135 patients
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
- Systems used: Epic (EMR), Pyxis, SBAR
- Scrub color: Navy blue
- Maximum of 7 days requested time off (RTO) allowed
- Must work every other weekend (unless specified otherwise)
- Floating may be required, including to sister campus (Piedmont Eastside South)
- No call requirements
- Must work major holidays based on assignment period (see description for specific requirements)
- Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance results in a 2-week orientation delay
- Aya Offer: Manager reviews profile within 48 hours after confirmation; contingent on clinical and facility requirement pass
- Locals accepted at same rate
- Non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8-week assignment)
