Greenstaff Medical US-Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington.

Travel RN – Emergency Room (ER)

Position Details:

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Experience Required: 2 years
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Patient Ratio: 1:4
Floating: No
On-Call: Not required
Weekends: Required, typically every other weekend
48-Hour Workweek: Approved

Key Responsibilitie:

Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety protocols.

Requirements:

Active RN license appropriate for the assignment.
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience.
Ability to manage a 1:4 patient ratio in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Strong triage, assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency-response skills.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC
