Description
Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements

Registered Nurse – ER (Travel RN)
Location: 101 W 8th Ave Spokane, WA 99204
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Schedule: Day or night shift, 4×12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Travel nursing experience not required
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
- Experience in high-acuity emergency care, trauma, triage, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and continuous IV sedation
Additional Details:
- Primarily adult patients, including adolescents aged 15 and older for trauma cases, adults, and geriatric patients
- Regional referral center for trauma, cardiac emergencies, and stroke care
- STEMI patients transferred to the cath lab and stroke patients to interventional radiology (IR)
- ED holding coverage required
- Floating required
- High-acuity environment with rapid infusers, Zoll and Philips defibrillators, and Philips patient monitors
