Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Spokane, WA, at a leading acute-care hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Emergency Department (ER) setting. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitoring and documenting patient status and response to treatment.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements:

Current RN license in Washington State.
Minimum of 2 years of ER experience preferred.
Ability to work weekends, typically every other weekend.
Comfortable with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients.
On-call and block schedules are not required.

This position offers a competitive weekly gross pay range of $2,839 - $2,989, with shifts scheduled for 4x12 hours. The contract duration is 13 weeks, starting on 11/16/2026.
