Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Perform IV starts and phlebotomy as required.
• Manage patient assessments and care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Participate in call rotation, including every other weekend and holiday as necessary.
• Train on the unit before being expected to work charge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, with at least 1 previous travel assignment.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS.
• Preferred certifications: CPI, MAB, TNCC.
• Skills required: IV starts and phlebotomy.
• Skills preferred: Cerner, Charge, Triage, and Preceptor experience.

Please note that scrubs are not provided; color is navy blue. Clinicians may come into contact with COVID patients, and the facility requires all employees to have the flu vaccine.
