Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and multiple specialty certifications.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital
• Night shift schedule, 4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30
• 14-week assignment length
• May float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital

Requirements

• Active KY or Compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• Must have no active licensure hits on record

Additional Information

• Local candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Requests for time off longer than 1 week are not approved except under special circumstances, and all RTO must be disclosed prior to starting the role
• Previous UK-affiliated permanent staff must have been separated for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
