Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available for night shifts, working either 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 twelve-hour shifts from 1900 to 0730.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately using EPIC.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in acute care is required.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification must be completed within 6 months of hire or transfer.
