Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize the Epic charting system to document patient information accurately.
• Participate in triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity.
• Manage dysrhythmias and titrate critical care drips as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current MA RN license.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.
• Experience with Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends (7p-7a).
• Experience in caring for ventilated patients and interpreting dysrhythmias.
