Mandatory Experience / Skills

At least 2 years of solid CVICU experience — preferably more
Must be able to function independently from day one; no training available for equipment/patient population
Strong cardiovascular ICU experience
Experience with IABP, Impella, Swan-Ganz, ECMO, CRRT
Experience with ventilated patients
Drip titration experience
Strong cardiac rhythm/strip interpretation
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Experience with CVCs, arterial lines, PICCs, Midlines, Swan lines
Temporary pacing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
