RN – Emergency Department (ER) / 8 openings / 13-week contract / Start Date: 11/03/2026 / 36 guaranteed hours/week / 12-hour Night shifts / 2+ years of ER experience required / ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS & COVID vaccination required / Level II Trauma Center – Level II trauma experience or higher preferred / High-volume, high-acuity ER experience required / Cerner / 28-bed ER + 4 fast-track beds + 2 trauma bays / Patient ratio: 1:4 / ~155 patients/day / Pass/fail proctored dysrhythmia test on Day 1 / Call: approximately 1 day/month, potentially 2 / Every other weekend; holidays per staff rotation / No floating / Navy blue scrubs / 2–3 shifts of unit-specific orientation / Mercy Medical Center – Redding, CA
