WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team at a state-of-the-art facility in Rochester, NY. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with advanced diagnostic technology and a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Administer IV therapy, including blood product administration and IV vasopressors.
• Manage ventilators and BiPAP/CPAP equipment.
• Interpret and manage cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmias.
• Perform triage, prioritize patient care, and manage isolation precautions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in trauma care, including neuro-trauma and orthopedic trauma.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Active New York Single State RN license.
• EPIC charting experience is required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Strong skills in phlebotomy, central line care, and emergency medications.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a) on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to float within skillset as needed.
