**Join Our Team as an ER RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** ER RN - **Specialty:** Emergency Room - **Unit:** ER (RN) - CC 105105035 - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) **You Will:** - Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment providing exceptional care in the Emergency Room. - Be part of a dedicated team managing mixed/shared acuity levels with a ratio of 1:5. - Float to different areas when census warrants, showcasing your diverse skill set. - Provide care for both adult and pediatric patients in a combined emergency department setting. **Skills Required:** - Mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placements - Experience with: - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Blood product administration - Central line care and management - Continuous IV paralytics and sedation - Emergency medications and IV vasopressors - Procedural sedation administration - Stroke care (CVA) and isolation precautions **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - PALS - NIHSS **Additional Information:** - **First-timers Accepted:** Yes - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted (75 miles) - **Pending Licenses:** Not accepted - **Request Time Off (RTO):** Minimal restrictions, and they will try to accommodate block schedules but cannot guarantee it. - **Uniform:** Any combination of navy and white - **Charting System:** Epic preferred **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
