Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct ESI triage evaluations and manage patient care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and perform treatment procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC documentation system.
• Coordinate patient transports for higher-level care when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Vermont.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an emergency room setting.
• Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NRP, NIH Stroke Scale, and TNCC certifications required.
• Proficiency with the EPIC medical documentation system within the past 2 years.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
