**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? - Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room and make a real impact in patient care! - Experience the thrill of working in an energetic environment where no two days are the same. **Position Overview:** - Deliver total patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. - Inspire and educate patients while guiding ancillary personnel. - Uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Current Iowa RN license is a must. - Certification Requirements: - BCLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC - Experience preferred, but not required! **Hours:** - Schedule: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. - Pay period: Monday through Sunday. **Requirements Checklist (to be completed 5 business days prior to start date):** - Resume - Two recent employment references - Online verification of licensure/certification (including expiration dates and disciplinary actions) - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC - Immunizations: - MMR (2 doses or positive titers) - Varicella (positive titer or 2 vaccinations) - Polio - Hepatitis B Series (titer or signed declination) - TDaP (dated within 10 years) - Flu vaccination (Oct 1st – March 31st) - Negative 2-step Mantoux (within 1 year) or QuantiFERON Gold - Proof of physical (within 1 year) - 10 Panel Drug Screen (within 1 month) - Respiratory Fit Test (within 1 year, provided if unavailable) - Criminal Background Check (from all states of licensure and residence for the past 7 years) - National and/or State Sex Offender Registry Check - GSA (EPLS) Sam.gov verification (within 30 days) - OIG verification (within 30 days) - Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse) - Completion of CareLearning education modules (instructions provided by JCHC) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
