We Are Seeking

An experienced Emergency Room RN to join a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing rapid assessment and care to patients with a wide range of acute and critical conditions.
 

Requirements

• Active Iowa RN License or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room/ED experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong emergency assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with high-acuity and emergent patient care
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for 36 hours/week, including EOW and EOH
• Ability to work either day or night shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Successful completion of facility-specific onboarding and compliance requirements
