As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch care to patients in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and manage dysrhythmias.
• Care for ventilated patients and manage Level I trauma cases.
• Triage patients and provide care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Permanent MA nursing license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is required.
• Proficiency in telemetry reading and EPIC systems is preferred.
• Strongly prefer experience with psych/behavioral health in an ED setting.
