Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Conduct patient triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Services and Pharmacy.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5 for both day and night shifts.
• Float between Leominster & Clinton campuses as needed.
• Participate in orientation and complete required modules.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Permanent MA RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including every other weekend/holiday.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Must pass required testing during orientation with an 80% score or higher.
• Flu vaccine required; exemptions allowed for medical/religious reasons.
