As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to a broad range of patients in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department.
• Perform triage, assessment, and treatment of patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics.
• Read telemetry and manage dysrhythmias effectively.
• Care for ventilated patients and manage psych/behavioral health issues in an ED setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1.5 years in a Trauma Level I setting.
• Current and valid MA RN license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Strongly prefer experience with pediatric and psych/behavioral health patients.
• Proficiency in using EPIC is preferred.
• Flu vaccine required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons.
