 Mandatory Qualifications for This Job

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Previous ER/ED nursing experience.
• Travel RN experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM).
• Willingness to take required 24-hour call shifts.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/TNCC preferred.
• Meditech 6.0 experience preferred.

 Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to ER/ED patients.
• Perform triage, assessments, monitoring, and reassessments.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments safely.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and assist with emergency procedures, trauma care, and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in Meditech 6.0 EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in required 24-hour call shifts and support efficient patient flow.
