Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN with active NY licensure, requiring ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications for a 13-week night shift assignment.

Details

  • Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
  • 13-week assignment with night shift hours (7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
  • 36 hours per week with possible weekend coverage per department rotation
  • No on-call requirements
  • Uses Epic EHR system

Requirements

  • Active NY RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (ENPC also acceptable in place of PALS)
  • CPI certification required
  • NIHSS certification required
  • TNCC certification preferred
  • License verification through Nursys required, dated within 30 days of start

Additional Information

  • Provide emergency nursing care across a variety of acute and critical presentations
  • Must reside 75+ miles from the facility as local candidates are not accepted for this location
