Quick Start
Position Highlights:
Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department
Perform patient assessment, triage, care planning, interventions, and evaluation
Provide patient/family education and discharge planning
Administer medications, IV therapy, critical drips, and thrombolytic/anticoagulation therapy
Care for intubated patients and recognize cardiac arrhythmias
Respond to emergency situations, safety risks, and disaster procedures
Strong critical thinking, assessment, communication, and teamwork skills required
Requirements:
Current Massachusetts RN License
AS in Nursing Required | BSN Preferred
3+ Years of ED Experience Preferred
ACLS upon Hire OR active BLS with AHA ACLS within 60 days
AHA PALS within 6 Months of Hire
TNCC, ENPC & CEN Preferred
