Emergency Room RN Requirements

• At least 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience required
• Previous travel nurse experience strongly preferred
• Active RN license and nursing certification
• Flu vaccine required
• Comfortable working night shifts and taking call when assigned
• Ability to meet a 100-mile radius requirement
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset

Emergency Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department setting
• Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment decisions
• Document care accurately and maintain efficient workflow throughout the shift
• Support safe, compassionate care during nights and call coverage
• Use ER protocols and best practices to help deliver excellent patient outcomes
