Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years
• Epic charting experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA required
• TNCC certification required
• Ability to successfully complete telemetry testing prior to start
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care environment
• Travel nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, efficient emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization for a wide range of emergent conditions
• Support care for trauma, stroke, cardiac, respiratory, behavioral health, and medical emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, ED techs, and interdisciplinary support teams to provide seamless patient care
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Float as needed to support unit operations and patient flow
• Contribute to a team culture focused on patient safety, quality, and rapid response
