Our client, a leading Level I Trauma Center, is looking for a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to start right away.

Location: New Haven, CT
Hours: 19:00 - 07:00
Pay: $64.14/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Cross-train and float to other campuses and ED observation units as needed.
• Administer emergency medications and manage acute conditions such as trauma, CVA, and drug overdose.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams, including physical therapy, radiology, and pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with facility and department policies, including weekend shift makeup requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar hospital setting; Level I Trauma experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred.
