Our client, a leading Level I Trauma Center, is looking for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department to start right away.

 

Location: New Haven, CT
Hours: 19:00 - 07:30
Pay: $64.14/hr

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
  • Manage acute and critical conditions, such as trauma, cardiac emergencies, and respiratory distress.
  • Administer medications, including emergency medications and continuous IV sedation.
  • Perform advanced procedures like intubation, central line care, and arterial line management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar hospital setting, with preference for 2 years.
  • Certifications required: TNCC, ACLS, BLS.
  • Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
