• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050 - $2,160

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Active RN license in hand at time of submission; compact RN license accepted if eligible
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Ability to care for a broad patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Strong skills in triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, EKGs, phlebotomy, and critical drips
• Comfortable working in a Level III trauma environment
• Reliable, flexible, and prepared to support unit needs, including occasional floating

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with trauma, stroke, chest pain, behavioral health, infectious disease, and general ED complaints
• Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Perform and manage IV starts, central line care, EKGs, phlebotomy, and critical medication drips
• Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize changes in patient condition quickly and accurately
• Provide care for ventilated and high-acuity patients using evidence-based emergency nursing practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow established unit protocols
• Support a patient-centered environment while maintaining professionalism and adaptability during busy shifts
