Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring a MI RN license and 2 years of ER experience.

Details

  • Work in a 35-treatment room Emergency Center
  • Uses MediTech EMR
  • Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • Required to work holidays
  • No on-call requirements

Requirements

  • Active MI RN license required at time of submission
  • Compact license not accepted
  • Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Room experience required
  • Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC

Additional Information

  • Deliver nursing care within unit scope of practice following hospital policies, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care
  • Clinical Nurse Specialists provide advanced nursing expertise support to staff
  • Access to ongoing staff development programs including wound care and pain management training
  • Navy blue scrub dress code
  • No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
  • Candidates within a 35 mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers with adjusted travel rates
