Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00p - 07:00a)

Hours: 36 or 48 hrs/week
Weekend: Every other weekend

Patient Ratio: 1:5
Local: No – 75-mile radius
License:NY RN license in hand – REQUIRED
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required; CPI*, TNCC*, TRUST, CPIM*
Charting: EPIC required
Unit: 11-bed Medical ED separate CPEP
CPEP: Evaluation area (up to 6 patients) Extended Observation (up to 2 patients)
CPEP Staffing: RN, PCT & Behavioral Health team when patients are present
CPEP Care: Patients triaged/medically cleared before entry; may require labs/EKG
CPEP Coverage: 6-hour blocks on days/mids; nights may cover 12-hour blocks
