Travel RN – Emergency Department (Oncology Pod) | Columbus, OH

Unit: Oncology Pod – Emergency Department
Location: Columbus, OH
Start Date: 11/02/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12s (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

1: 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
2:Minimum 1 year of travel experience (HARD STOP)
3: Current acute care ED experience within the last 12 months
4: Epic experience required
5:BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS required
6:Strong IV start and telemetry skills

Preferred

• Oncology experience (preferred but not required)

Key Skills

• Emergency Department nursing
• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP management
• ABG interpretation
• Blood product administration
• Central line care
• Emergency medications and IV vasopressors
• Triage and rapid response/code team experience

• Specialized Oncology Emergency Department
• One of the few dedicated oncology ED units in the country
• Patient ratio: 1:3
• Float required
• Adult oncology patients with urgent and complex care needs

Ideal Candidate

Experienced ED RN with recent emergency department experience, strong critical care and telemetry skills, and at least one year of travel nursing experience. Oncology experience is a plus but not required.
