**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to monitor and treat patients effectively.
• Maintain patient documentation using the Cerner system.
• Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines, including attendance and dress code.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center or comprehensive stroke center is preferred.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC before the date of hire.
• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time feedback.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department.
