RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Day Shift

Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27103

Shift: Days, 3 × 12-hour shifts

Shift Timing: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
Previous charge nurse experience.
Emergency department experience with triage and IV starts.
Telemetry and cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation.
Emergency medication administration and rapid response.
Respiratory support and airway management.
Experience caring for patients with medical, psychiatric, and neurological emergencies.
Ability to work with patients of all ages.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required Certifications

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS)
Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Preferred Certification:

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
