Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department (ER) at a leading healthcare facility in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN with a passion for providing exceptional care in high-pressure situations.
Position: Main ED RN
Ratios: 1:4 Days/Nights/Weekends
Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, TNCC, ENPC, PALS
Required Skills: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation/Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Isolation Precautions, Triage, Peds skillset
First-Timer OK: No - hard stop
Local Candidates: Yes
Preferred Certifications: CPI, PCAR
Preferred Skills: Level I Trauma Center, Arterial line management, Central line care/management, Neurological, Ortho-Trauma, Head injury, Near drowning, Spinal cord injury, Interpretation of ABGs, Gunshot wounds, Traumatic amputation
Weekend Requirement: Every other
