Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity emergency care environment
• Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced emergency department
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely, compassionate care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC charting system
• Respond effectively to rapidly changing patient needs and priorities
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment
• Maintain professional standards in a busy acute care and emergency nursing setting
