Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients in the emergency department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols and provider orders
• Respond to changing patient conditions with urgency and professionalism
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain thorough clinical records in EPIC
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient care
