Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves working night shifts, with options for 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during night shifts.
• Utilize clinical knowledge and skills to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information and care provided in the electronic health record (EPIC).

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of acute care nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Recent experience with EPIC electronic health record system required.

Schedule

This position requires working night shifts, specifically from 1900 to 0730.
