Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Port Huron, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Apply nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice throughout all patient interactions
  • Provide care across a wide range of emergency presentations within a 35-treatment-room ER unit
  • Utilize the MediTech EMR system for accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active Michigan RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Room experience required
  • ACLS certification required
  • PALS certification required
  • TNCC certification required
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
  • Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience with MediTech EMR
  • Experience working in a high-volume emergency department environment
  • Familiarity with wound care and pain management protocols
