Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active Ohio or compact RN license and at least 18 months of recent emergency department experience.

Details

• Emergency Department unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Required to work every other holiday

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license required in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum 18 months of combined recent ER experience required (travel experience accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Must achieve an acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ER specialty required

Additional Information

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply as long as the required ER experience is met
• Previous permanent employees may not return for 1 year from their last end date
