Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required by the start date
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-turnover clinical environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in a busy ER setting
• Support care delivery in trauma bays, behavioral health rooms, and cardiac monitoring areas
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions and support efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards
• Deliver excellent patient-centered care in a dynamic environment
