Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and have previous experience in an acute care facility.

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, RQI-BLS): Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS or HS-ACLS or RQI-ACLS): Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS or HS-PALS or RQI-PALS): Required

Essential Functions

• Collect relevant data pertaining to the patient’s health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
• Develop and implement a plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate care delivery and employ strategies to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
• Evaluate patient progress towards achieving outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide educational support and health information to patients and families.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate the duties of healthcare team members.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
