Job Details:
**Experience:** - Minimum 2 years experience required - Previous Charge Experience preferred - Community Hospital Experience preferred - LTAC Experience preferred - Trauma Level I Experience preferred - Trauma Level II Experience preferred **Travel:** - First time travelers OK - Travel Experience Required **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) required - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required - NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) required - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required - STEMI Certified Facility experience required - Stroke Certified Facility experience required **Skills:** - EPIC charting system experience required - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Continuous IV sedation - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - General Emergency Department - Combined Adult/Pedi - Gunshot wounds - Head injury - ICP monitoring - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV vasopressors - Management of dysrhythmias - Near drowning - Neuro-Trauma - Non-Trauma Emergency Department - Ortho trauma - Phlebotomy - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Spinal cord injury - Starting and maintaining IVs - Traumatic amputation - Traumatic Brain injury - Triage - Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test **Patient Care:** - Cares for all age groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics - Special care populations: cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health **Licensure:** - Active license must be in hand at submission **Education:** - Third-party education verification required - Degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list not accepted **Compliance:** - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine required with Medical/Religious exemptions only - EKG exam required for all RNs with 2 attempts allowed - Must be submitted with the application; no post-submission RTO accepted - Active license and EPIC experience required - No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
