Description

American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of ER experience and EPIC proficiency.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 19:00-07:30
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend, subject to change based on need
• Floating to other units required as needed
• Uses EPIC for documentation and Omnicell for medication management

Requirements

• Active RN license (SC or Compact)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI/MAB, and TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR required

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care to a variety of patient presentations in a fast-paced ER environment
• Float to other qualified units or campuses within the health system as needed based on census
• Must reside more than 100 miles from any facility within the health system to be eligible for the assignment
• First-time travelers will be considered based on experience
